Veyra & Co – Shipping Policy (South Africa)

1. Shipping Method & Carrier

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 8–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


3. Shipping Delays

  • Veyra & Co is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

  • Customers will be provided with tracking information to monitor their order.

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch, but delays may occasionally occur.


4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • All items are shipped with standard courier tracking and handling.

  • Veyra & Co is responsible for shipping and handling until the item is handed to Aramex.

  • Once in transit, loss or damage caused by the courier is the responsibility of Aramex. Customers should contact us immediately if their package shows signs of damage or is lost.


5. Address & Delivery Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

  • Veyra & Co is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

  • Customers are encouraged to use the tracking system to monitor delivery.
